One of my co-worker encountered the following problem when he opened the
outlook 2000 after he installed office 2000 professional in his new Dell
laptop ( come with window xp operating system).
1. it is no problem at all to open the word, excel and publisheer...etc
2. it came up the set up screen when open the outlook
3. ask to set up the profile, he enter his name
4. then "service" tab, he tried "internet mail" and "outlook mail" , all
showed that can't find the file location
This is a stand alone laptop, would anyone point out the direction to solve
this problem.
