Set up Outlook profile with script?

G

Guest

Hello,
Is there a way to set up Outlook profile so that users
just get prompt for their account names when they first
time click on the Outlook icon?
We have one Exchange server and all the clients will get
new image with Office XP. I am trying to find a way to
simply the process of setting up Outlook for client.
Thanks.

yes there is a way, when they are setting up their
accounts/profiles there is a little radio button that
says "PROMPT FOR PROFILE" then when they are opening
outlook they are prompted as to what profile to use.
good luck!
