Set Up Outlook Sync grayed out

Hello,
While I have the administrator permissions, in the My Tasks page of PWA
2007, I cannot connect to Outlook: the Action | Set Up Outlook Sync menu is
grayed out.
Why?
Thanks for your help.

PS : I'm using 2007 SP1 + IU

PWA>Server Settings>Security>Project Web Access Permissions>Download Project
Web Access Outlook Add-in. Probably that permission is disabled.
