set up recurring (15-min) reminders

Our library director wants our librarians to get up from the reference desk
every 15 minute and walk around asking patrons if they want help. We want the
ability to turn an Outlook reminder on or off every day, depending on whether
the librarian is on the public service desk or not.

Not particularly doable in Outlook. Get one of the many free alarm clock
programs available on the Internet.
