Set-up Strategy: One Slide, then Loop the next 2?

I can't wrap my brain around a solution for this one at the moment:

I need to show slide #1 (with a full screen movie on it), then loop the next
two slides over and over (without going back to #1) until a user clicks and
then begins the show proper on slide #4.

I've set this up no problem with custom shows, "loop until escape," and an
action button, but not with that first movie slide involved.

Anyone know how do I can get that first movie in there to play once and only
once without clicks?

You should be able to do the same setup -- slides 2 and 3 would be the
custom show set to "loop until escape." Oh, wait -- that would probably
knock you back to the video slide 1. And I don't have time right now to play
with it to figure out how to do it. Nuts!

Oh, but you know, it would probably be better anyway to use TAJ's
linking/looping technique in this situation. See his linking and looping
tutorials at http://www.awesomebackgrounds.com/powerpointtutorials.htm

Easy, set the 3 slide show to loop, and hide the first slide. Start the
show on the hidden slide (#1), it will show the movie and then loop thru the
two unhidden slides.

If you want this in the middle of a presentation, then just create a
hyperlink to a this 3 slide show.
