It'll likely keep you from seeing anything, but regular glue works just
fine.
Just kidding... right-click the desktop and choose Properties - Desktop tab.
The settings listed as "Background" correspond to what's commonly called
wallpaper.
But, this has nothing to do with Word drawing/graphics.
