Set users' word Options via a Macro in a template?

Can a macro in a template be used to modify some of the Word Options of
anyone who uses the template to open a new doc?

Specifically:
Field Shading = Always
Hidden Text = Show
Update fields before printing = No
Add the macro author (a known company source) as a trusted publisher

The first three items can be done in a macro like the ones at the end of
http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm. The last one can't be done in a
macro, by design (as protection against a virus "trusting" itself).
