SET.VALUE and FOR.CELL

I have a spreadsheet macro that contains things like SET.VALUE and FOR.CELL,
yet I can't find thes commands in the Excel help. What are they?

They're from the older XLM 4.0 macros.

Get both of them:
Macrofun.exe & Macro97.exe (which contains XLMacr8.hlp)
