No.

You're asking in a newsgroup for Microsoft Access, a database application
included in Office Pro. Nobody here can get you an email account (although you
appear to have one, at polka.co.za, which is now published for all the world
to see including scores of spammers).

Check at www.hotmail.com if you want to create a Hotmail Windows Live account,
or get some local help.
