Setting All user Details to the same setting

Is there anyway of forcing all users of word to have the same details under the ADDRESS section of USER DETAILS in Word xp and 200

I still want their username to be there but want the address to be standard accross the network for ALL users. If there is sa way of doing this automatically I would love to hear it, at this point I have to go to each machine and change them manually

machine and change them manuallyI'm *guessing* you could handle this with a system POLICY. How this is done, and
what you can do, you should find in the Office Resource Kit (ORK). If you need
more support, I suggest asking in an Office group, or the word.setup.networking
group.
