Setting availability

[Setting availability]

I can't figure out how to set my availability. I work with several people who
have fluctuating, part-time hours. It would be very helpful to see their
actual availability in Outlook. Like I said, I can't find where each user
sets this. Thanks in advance for any help.

It's the free/busy info. You need to publish it to a shared location so you
can see it. If you have exchange server, it should be published
automatically.
