I need to define a template or project where I can establish that by default
the tasks are marked as Milestones, and that the type of task is fixed
work, so every new task I create have this options preset. How can I do it?

Thanks

Try the following procedure to create the template you want:

1. Open Microsoft Project 2002 and log into Project Server
2. Start with a new blank project
3. Click Tools - Options, then click the Schedule tab
4. Set the Task Type value to Fixed Work and click OK
5. Create the kind of project you want, with tasks, dependences, and
milestones
6. Click File - Save...
7. In the Save to Microsoft Project Server dialog box, name the file and
set the Type value to Template
8. Click the Save button

You have now saved this project as a template in the Project Server
database. To create new projects from this template, each of your project
managers will need to do the following:

1. Open Microsoft Project 2002 and log into Project Server
2. Click File - New... (do not click the New button)
3. In the New Project sidepane on the left, select General Templates
4. In the Templates dialog box, click the Enteprise Templates tab
5. Select your project template and click OK

Hope this helps.

set my tasks to be marked as milestones by default...
