Setting file type for .xml

D

David Thielen

Hi;

This was answered here before but I can't find it - google has failed
me :(

There is a way to set the .xml extension in the File Explorer setting
for File Types so that on an XML file it uses the correct Office app
if it's an Office file and otherwise calls Xml Spy? I think it was
some weird program that was set as the app to call and then some
registry settings.

??? - thanks - dave
