Setting Language to English (NZ) in Office

I have Office 2003 Pro with SP2, am trying to set Word and Powerpoint to use
English (NZ) for all users on a PC.
Under Moicrosoft Office Tools, Office 2003 Language Settings it only shows
English (UK) and English (Australia) which are not the same as New Zealand.
I have looked in group policies under Microsoft Office 2003 and see nothing
that will set the language to English (NZ).

Is the only way to do this for users to set their own language on each
individual Office Application?
