Setting Margins

MS Word 2003 will not allow me to set page setup. It will show 8.5" x 11"
but display a different size. When setting margins it want to fix it
incorrectly.

Need help from someone who experinence the same problem.

You'll have to explain the problem in more detail, Mark. "But display a
different size.." means what? "fix it incorrectly..." means how?
