Setting Netscape and Outlook as default mail

I use Netscape mail. However, to synchronize my Palm PDA with Outlook
requires it be set as the default mailer. If I do this Netscape won't
initiate the mail program when I click on mailto icons on webpages.
Is there a work around so I can set both as the default mailer.
