setting outlook 2000 as default e-mail client in win XP Professional

How do I set Outlook 2000 as the default e-mail client in
Windows XP Professional. I want to be able to send e-
mail from Word. At the moment Word activates Outlook
Express which I don't use anymore. I would like to keep
all my mail in one e-mail programme.
