Setting page size in frontpage 2002

How do I set the overall page size for a frames site so that when it is
looked at on a widescreen monitor it does not expand.

ex: so the page is no wider than 850 pixels when seen on the web no matter
the screen res.

Set the width of the frames so it adds up to a total of 850px.
Better still. Don't use frames.

AT 850px wide over a third of your visitors (me included) will get
horizontal scrolling.

A frames page will *always* expand to fit the browser window. If you fix
all the frames, they will expand proportionately, however a fixed size frame
will not shrink - it will either display scroll bars or truncate the
content.

One way to control this is to open the frameset in a popup window (which may
be blocked by popup blockers).
