The default settings in Project Server do not allow project managers to make
changes to the Standard calendar or to create new calendars. Only the
Project Server administrator can perform either of these actions.
Therefore, I would suggest the following process to solve your problem:
1. The Project Server administrator creates a new calendar in the
Enterprise Global file, sets the calendar to show work from Monday through
Saturday each week, and names the calendar something like "6-Day Week."
2. You open your project and select the tasks that will be worked on the
6-day work week schedule. Click the Task Information button on the Standard
toolbar and then click the Advanced tab. Set the Calendar value to the
"6-Day Week" calendar and select the "Scheduling ignores resource calendar"
option and click OK.
3. Save and publish the project.
