Setting rules for attaching files to an InfoPath form

Hello- I have Infopath 2003. I recently built a form that is being used by
about 100+ individuals. The form allows for individuals to attach two
documents to it.

Two questions regarding adding attachments to a form:
1. Is there a way to prevent an end user from uploading a file that is not
zipped. I only want them to upload zipped files...nothing else.
2. Can I limit the size of the file that is uploaded to the form. I only
ask because once an end user uploads a zipped file larger than 3mb to my
form, the form appears to work fine after the file is attached, but when the
end user goes to submit the request, it is not saving properly. It is
essentially preventing the form from being updated with future changes to the
drop downs, text fields etc, once the large file is attached to the form.
Essentially, the form/file has become too large. I want to be able to notify
and prevent the end user from attaching a file to the form if its size is >
3mb.

Thanks
