setting status date time in progress tracking

can the time of the project status reporting in tracking be set as well as
the date and, if so, how? or can the default time - which seems to be
midnight - be changed to another time of the day?

When you set the Status date value in the Project Information dialog, the
system normally sets the time to 5:00 PM for that date. If you wish to
change the time, simply click in the Status date field after the date and
manually enter the time. Hope this helps.
