Hi,

How do I set the tab to whatever width (?) I want for first line of a
paragraph? Tab seems set to the way it appears above in this email. I
can't find this in 'Help'.

Thanks,

Rafael

Hi Rafael,

you can't do this in Entourage. You could hit the Tab key, but in plain text
messages, this only inserts a number of spaces rather than a proper tab
character, and this number cannot be set anywhere. Alternatively, you can
compose your messages in Word, where you can set leading tabs (or first line
tabs) quite easily; when you're done, click on File>Send to>MailRecipient
(as HTML) to pass on the message to Entourage.

Hi Michael,

"File>Send to>MailRecipient" That's a good one. I can write the
entire email in word with it's features then File>Send to>MailRecipient.
Didn't know about that. Thanks.

After I wrote yesterday, I saw in HTML format icons, increase.decrease
indent, which is pretty good.

Do newsgroups still prefer text format over HTML

Thanks,

Rafael

Hi Rafael,

glad I could help! Yes, plain text is still preferred in newsgroup.
