setting text placement inside table

I am trying to set my text within a table so that the
text looks a certain way. I tried just hitting "return"
when I want the text to drop to the next line, but the
text still varies when the site is viewed with different
browsers.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Set the table with to a specific number of pixels to lock it in place.
