Setting the Calendar to 1/4 hour increments

We have changed to a new computer and outlook calendar is set up on 1/4 hour
increments while we are typing info. When we go to print the calendar, the
info is all over the page instead of where we put it. How do we change the
settings so that when we print the calendar page, it will look like it is
supposed to?
