Setting the target property of a hyperlink in Visio

I am trying to set the target of ahyperlink in visio, so that when i save
the visio diagram as a web page then the hyperlinks will open in specified
frames.

If you go into the shapesheet you can change the "frame" property, but this
does not seem to do anything.

Is there a way to do this within Visio, or an easy way to do this by editing
the web page files created?

Currently, i have the Visio web page embedded in a frame in another page, and
i want the links to open in a new frame which i have defined on the html page
- is this possible?

Alternatively, how do i open in an exsisting frame of the save as web output?

Basically, in the Visio file i have a diagram of squares which link to
external html files, rather than navigate away from the visio page i want
both to be viewable in the same browser window. Hence i created an html with
two frames and put the visio file in one frame and targetted the other frame
from the links - but it doesnt work.
