Setting the value of B1 from A1 using a formula?

Hi

If I understand you correctly, just type = and then click on the other
cell and hit Enter. The formula it creates will be something like
=A2

A formula in a cell can only return a value to that cell. It
cannot change the value of any other cell. Thus, a formula in A1
cannot change the value of B1.
