SETTING TWO HOTMAIL ACCOUNTS ON OUTLOOK 2003

HI,

I have installed outlook 2003 on my computer. i have two
hotmail accounts. one that i use for my Busisness
purposes and the other that i use for personal mail. i
can only add one hotmail account to my outlook. when i
try to add the other one it comes with a msg that it can
not connect to the server and that email is offline. Can
any one help.

You are aware that MS is in the process of blocking OL access to hotmail,
excepting for a fee based service?
