Setting up 1st Macro

I am trying to set up a Macro to export payroll data from one worksheet to another so the 2nd worksheet doesn't have names associated with payroll figures. I am having trouble--I get a bug/error whenever I try to copy/paste a cell from 1 worksheet to the next, and I don't know if I need to do something w/ the 'relative reference' tool or not
