Setting up a document workspace on home networking

I run a small business which uses home networking. I want to upgrade from
Office 2000 to Office 2003 to allow my employees to be able to work in the
same document at the same time. Can a document workspace be setup on home
networking.

You need to be running Windows SharePoint Services that in turn needs
Windows Server 2003.
