Setting up a form for email return

I have a form made using the templates. I can read the responce on line but i cant get it to work when i set up an email to return the responce. The server does work with FP. Need help, Thanks

Is the email address you're sending it to one that is part of the domain name??
That is if your site is www.myweb.com is the email going to [email protected]

Also make sure your host has enabled the form to email handler.
