Setting up a form in MS FP 2003 to send data to an email address

Shamrock

Hello,

I am trying to creata a series of questions to which I want to receive an
email of the answers. I am not that experienced with MS FP and wondering if
anyone knows a websource which is well used to explain how to set this up in
FP 2003?

Your help would be appreciated. I am sure it cant be that complicated.

Thanks

It is not on the web but have you tried Front Page Help?
Search for "form"? Lots of help there.

For your information, if you intend using Front Page
Forms, your host will have to support the Front Page
Extensions in order to process the form data on the
server and in order to forward an email with the results
to you, email transport must be enabled on your account.

If your host does not suport the Front Page Extensions,
ask them if they support any other form handling and how
to implement it on your site.

I have tried using FP 2003 help, It brings up useful links, but when I click
a particular link, no information comes it. (quite frustrating) (Eventually
advises IE was unable to link to the web page requested)

Perhaps I should log off and start again.

Just Try File New page (more page templates) and the Forms Wizard
