Setting Up a Network Dial-up Server in Win2k Server

Greetings,
I am attempting to setup a dial up network for my Win2k
Server. I have the Remote Access service running and the
Server is answering my client, however; I am getting
a 'Error 913: A Remote Access Client Attempted to connect
over a port that was reserved for Routers only.' Message.
I do not have an Active DHCP on my server and have it
assigning address from a range 192.168.1.200 - .225. The
only reserved address I setup where 192.168.1.1 and .2.
I'm pretty confused here, if anyone could shed some light
on this I'd appreciate it.

Also to email me remove the remove from my e-mail
address.
