Setting up a single (half) top-fold greeting card - A5 folded to A

Can anyone please tell me how to set up in Publisher 2007, a greeting card
using A5 paper that will end up with an A5 top folded to give a photograph in
landscape A6 on one half of one side, greetings on another half and details
of the photo/print on the other half with one possibly blank half? Totally
puzzled and confused here! Simple format was had in an earlier version of
Works!

Is your stock actually A5?

If it were me... I'd setup my printer first for A5. In Page setup, advanced
button (on the right), type 14.8 width, 21 height, zero margins. On the
publication screen, Arrange, type your margin preference, grid guides, two rows,
spacing -- twice what you typed for margins.

I don't have my computer setup for UK measurements. You might have a template
listed.

Insert a page. The top of page one will be the back of your card. If you use a
colophon, you will have to manually rotate it 180 degrees. The bottom of page
three would be traditionally the message space.
