Setting up an Email to automatically be sent based off a date

I have a list of Birthdays were I would like an email sent automatically to
my boss when it gets close to or on that day. I am not sure how to approach
this. Any Suggestions?

Use SendObject or the following:

http://www.datastrat.com/Code/OutlookEmail.txt

for the emailing. And something like this to get birthdays:

http://www.datastrat.com/Download/Birthday2K.zip
