Setting up automated replies using Mail rule

Hi group.

Hope someone can help with this

I have set up a Mail rule ... eg

When the from line contains xxxxxxxx reply with xxxxxxxxxxx

This has been set up fine, and the pre typed reply is sat on my desktop and
goes out
automatically every time the from line contains xxxxxxxxx etc

The advice I need is this.

When the rule sends the reply out it sends it as an attachment, but I just
wanted it
to send it as a normal email, not an email attached to an email.

Hope this makes sense and someone has a resolution.
