setting up contacts

Grettings all

I am trying to set up a contacts list for my entire company to use in
outlook 2000;exchange 2000. not to sure how to encorparate this with Active
directory

Can someone steer me in the rignt direction?

Also idividual users each have their own contacts; once I create the global
contacts how do I copy these to the new list.
