Setting up e mail options

I am trying to get the contact page on my site to go to my
email address. When I do I get a message that states I am
to go to www.microsoft.com/frontpage/wpp/serk. Then I am
to go to the " setting up e-mail options on unix."
I am not having any luck. Is there an easy way to do this?

You site must be hosted and publish to a server that has the FP extensions
installed and configured to process email. The host must configure the
extensions to process email, you can not do this unless this is your own
server, and you have a SMTP server installed.
