Setting up Microsoft Outlook 2002 to Receive Aol E-mail

Can anyone please tell me the exact steps to set up outlook 2002 to receive
my E-mail from AOL so I can then Download the mail to my Pocket PC PDA using
active sync so that I can read and review my e-mail off line. Also do I have
to set Up MY PDA in any special way to do this. I have a Dell Axim X50v. I
can get my mail to a folder called (e-mail address removed) in outlook but I cannot view
all the mail offline in that folder and I cannot download the IMAP mail to my
PDA. I just cannot get the mail to go to the Inbox. Thanks a lot.
