In addition of security, what initial setup is necessary and should be
considered when first implementing Microsoft Project Server for a project?

I already answered your original question. I think your question is much
too broad to expect an answer in this newgroup. How you implement Project
Server depends entirely on your organization's needs. For example, your
organization's needs for categorizing and reporting on projects drives the
need to create custom enterprise Project fields. If you have a more
specific question, feel free to ask it, but please stop posting the same
question over again just because you don't like the answer. Hope this
