Hi,
I am trying to set up 5 similar projects (process upgrades) that will occur
in the same time and have the same start and finish date (fixed finished date)
Some resources are shared among the projects
Follow up meetings happen every Thursday
Project memebers must come to the meetings prepared (tasks that must finish
before the meeting)
I need to give every memeber a dated assignment list (something like a "who
will do what when") but when I generate the report, it starts all the tasks
on all the projects together from the start date, which creates a lot of work
in the beginning of the project, a gap in the middle without work and then a
lot of work at the end of the project
Another piece of info is that the resouces do not work 100% of the time on
projects (for example, if they have a 40 hours week, they work 20% on all 5
projects)
What is the best way to go about setting up such interweaving projects?
