setting up news groups

I want to set up a newsgroup reader. I have Outlookthat came with my comuter
with Windows XP.

I go into Tools, Customize, Go. I click and hold "News" and drag it, but as
soon as I move it, it has an "X" and won't let me drop it onto "Go" . What
steps do I need to do to get this up and running?

Thanks!

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.
