setting up Office question

Is there a way to setup office 2000 premium or XP prof. on a Windows 2K
Prof. or XP Prof. PC so that each time a new user logs on the PC and uses
one of the Office programs Windows installer does not run? Or a way to make
it as seamless as possible with no user input required?
