setting up outlook

Hi,
I am running Vista and I can not get Outlook to correct to my wireless
service.
Could someone please tell what I can try.

Contact your Internet Service Provider or visit their help site to get the
correct server settings and instructions for setting up Outlook. Wireless is
your network connection method, not your email provider. Use the Network &
Sharing Center in Vista to set up your network connections.
