Setting up Project Server Gateway in Portfolio Server issue

I have installed Project Portfolio Server 2007 according to the installation
guide. When I browse to the Project Server Gateway settings allof the
options are grayed out. I have followed the steps outlined in the install
guide for setting the application pool identity. Does anybody have any
suggestions.

Just a guess, but create another user and give it all security rights. Then
log out of your current user (super user), and log in as the new user (admin
user).
