Setting up RBS the 1st time

OK, I have looked all over the place for help on setting up the RBS but it
does not appear to be very intuitive. If I want to setup the following, how
do I do it? John manages Jim & Joe. They all work in the same dept. When I
edit the lookup table, do I just list their names? I have no clue on this
one....

If you want to show that John managed Jim and Joe then Jim and Joe will need
to be in an RBS value that is lower than John's.

As an example, you could put John in the value Organization.DepartmentA and
put Jim and Joe in Organization.DepartmentA.Resources
