What do you mean by customize ?

Project server generate 3 cubes for portfolio analysis which is mainly
based on resource and project info.

You can create portfolio view that use either of this cubes and select
the fields and filter that you want.

You can also create your own cube in the analysis manager and create a
portfolio view that consume your own cube. But the process won't be that
straight forward. You got to consider what information that you want.
You might need to create temporary storage table (like the view table in
Project Server database). You will also got to consider performance if
you are generating a complex cube and high load of data.

Any clues as to how I run the analysis manager as I havent heard of that before.
