Setting up 'Undisclosed Recipients' group for Outlook e mail

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to set up an 'Undisclosed
Recipients' e mail group in Outlook where those receiving
the mail cannot see the names and addresses of other
recipients. Thanks for you help.
