I have not been able to set up my windows mail. I have a relatively new hp

You're asking in the wrong place, Rebecca; the webpage can be confusing and
may have misled you. This newsgroup is the first one alphabetically, but it's
for the database software Microsoft Access, not for "access to the internet".

Please find a newsgroup for Windows Mail (which you seem to be using
successfully to post to this newsgroup...)
