Setting User Passwords

I have just finished creating a database. How do I setup users so that it
requires their login and password to get into the database when it opens?
When I goto Tools, Security, Users & Group Accounts the current user is
ALWAYS the admin. DO I maybe need to setup a new group in order to achieve
this????

You do not want to change anything in your current workgroup file, as Access
uses that one for all non-secure mdb files.
