Settings Do Not Stay Put

another problem w/OE is that the server settings I set
for my e-mail addresses do not stay put! There is always
a problem "authorizing" then I go check my setting and
sure enough they have changed again! In particular,
under Server, the Incoming Mail info that I place keeps
being changed to "localhost" instead of what I leave it
as.
Then after I change it then it works properly but only
for that time and changes again. This problem stops me
from checking the e-mail without having to re-change the
settings.

I am using Windows XP Pro
thank you for any info

Your settings are being changed either by an anti-virus or an anti-spam
program on your computer, not by your mail program.
